Frequently asked questions

What is Cryptocare? What do you do?

CryptoCare Foundation is a global humanitarian organization dedicated to helping children, families, and communities overcome hardship and build brighter futures. We tackle the root causes of poverty, inequality, and crisis through innovative, transparent, and effective solutions.

We work to transform lives in conflict zones, underserved regions, and vulnerable communities worldwide. Our holistic approach to humanitarian aid includes:

✔ Food & Nutrition – Providing essential meals and resources to combat hunger.

✔ Clean Water & Sanitation – Ensuring access to safe drinking water and hygiene.

✔ Education & Opportunity – Supporting learning, skills development, and financial inclusion.

✔ Crisis & Disaster Response – Delivering rapid, direct aid to communities in need.

✔ Empowering Women & Families – Promoting gender equality and economic independence.

At CryptoCare Foundation, we serve all people, regardless of religion, gender, race, or ethnicity, ensuring that every individual receives the support they need to thrive. Our mission is driven by compassion, innovation, and a commitment to lasting change.

Can I Send a Gift Catalog Item to a Sponsored Child?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. Our Gift Catalog items are designated for planned community projects rather than individual sponsored children.

However, if you’d like to give a special gift to your sponsored child, we’d love to help! Please contact us at 1-202-871-7956, and we’ll guide you through the process. To ensure efficient use of resources, these gifts must be $100 or more. Our local staff will purchase items directly in your child’s country, helping to reduce shipping costs and support local economies.

Once your gift has been delivered, you’ll receive a letter and photo showing the impact of your generosity!

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on [what factors affect your price]. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our [pricing page/contact us] for more information.

How Will My Donation Be Used?

We are committed to using your donation in the most effective and impactful way possible. The needs highlighted in our Gift Catalog reflect CryptoCare Foundation's ongoing humanitarian projects at the time of publication. Each item represents a broader category of aid, ensuring that assistance reaches those who need it most.

Donations will be directed to the specific category you choose or to address similar urgent needs. For larger initiatives—such as clean water projects, medical clinics, and schools—we pool contributions to maximize impact, funding as many life-changing projects as possible. These efforts are not tied to individual donors, but together, we create meaningful and lasting change.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us by [phone number/email address/contact form link]. We are always happy to answer your questions.

Can I Send a Letter or Email to My Sponsored Child?

Yes! Sponsoring a child is about more than just financial support—it’s about building a meaningful connection. Exchanging letters, cards, or emails is a great way to bond with your sponsored child. Visit our "Send a Letter" page for ideas on what to write.

How to Send a Letter:

You can mail letters to your sponsored child at the National Office address listed in your sponsorship folder or find it by logging into your Cryptocare Foundation account.

Important Guidelines:

For the safety of children, sponsors, and our staff, all letters are reviewed before being delivered. This ensures that messages remain appropriate, respectful, and free from any content that could endanger the child or their family.

Additionally, in some countries where religious expression is restricted, we monitor letters to ensure they do not unintentionally put children at risk. If your sponsored child lives in one of these regions, we will notify you.
